It was very difficult at first but as time goes by I find living with my injury easier and easier. I’m not telling you not to take pain medication, only your doctor should give you these types of recommendations, I’m simply saying to understand the signs and be very careful to guard yourself against addiction or depression once you stop the meds. If your brain finds it functions better with the meds than without it will not give them up easily.
